New Security System Product - previous custom armed modes from the hubs are no longer available?

Got the new Security System Hub and sensors.

Am I missing something, but now that's it's installed it seems all my previous custom armed modes from the hubs are no longer available?

What a PITA. 

Also, I can modify on the Security Hub what I want to do when, but I can't seem to create custom armed modes outside of the given "Armed Away, Armed Home, Standby" options.

Correct. Maybe at some point we'll be able to create custom modes but right now we're stuck with the 3 supplied ones. Maybe some creative use of scheduling and/or geofencing can get you close(er) to what you had.

it was better before, b/c I had 2 base stations with different cameras attached to each so I could set different modes per base station.
