My doorbell is not working not matter what I do it's been 2 days since I got it and it won't work no matter what happens

We need a lot more details. Which model doorbell is it? Is the battery charged (even the original wired doorbell has a small battery that must be charged)? Are you connecting it to existing wiring or is it wire-free? What happens when you follow the directions in the app (I.e. does the doorbell "ring" operate as per the instructions)? All details are needed.

I charged the dehice for over an hour the serial number is AGP756B600691. I used the wires and it didn't work no matter what I did I followed the steps on the paper and on the app and it wasn't working
