Arlo Secure feed not working — videos show play symbol, only play audio, frozen playback (Android)

What is going on with the Arlo Secure feed? It's not working again, similar problems that had happened earlier in the year, that were subsequently mostly fixed for a while.
I can't scroll through and view my videos in my feed, one or two of them may work but then the next one I scroll to shows a play symbol on the screen - and only plays audio. And then there's more "frozen" videos like that too.
Sometimes force stop, and deleting the cache clears it for a short time. But then it goes right back to the same issues.
This is highly unusable and highly unacceptable. I see quite a few comments on the Google Play review section again about this. It's a software issue, has nothing to do with the hardware (that has already recorded the video).
You need to fix this now. Stop playing around with bells and whistles and AI and get the general main purpose of the app working again!
