Interal Error and Log out when connecting the Camera

When I try to connect the Arlo Go camera via using it to scan the qr code on the phone,  everything goes through correctly. The snap sound is made when I click the top of the camera. The chime is made when I scan the qr code and I name the camera. Then directly after it pops up internal error and logs me out of all devices. I've had no issues with connecting the other two cameras. Also I don't have the boxes anymore so I don't have the ICCID to connect manually.

Is this a new or used camera?

 

Have you tried factory resetting before onboarding as described here: https://kb.arlo.com/1202749/How-do-I-reset-my-Arlo-Go-camera-to-factory-default-settings
