I just got billed for a year, and it's insane. I thought the new changes would bill me monthly, not for a year all at once. If I cancel now, will I get a refund for the year, or at least 11 months, or am I stuck paying the huge bill? I have the old Arlo Pro 2 (four cameras) and the doorbell cam. I want out of this!

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I'm not finding where to turn on DMs. I click on my username in the upper left corner, then My Settings, then Preferences, and I see nothing about DMs. I've clicked on everything under My Settings and still can't find it. I'm sorry, maybe I'm blind as a bat, but I need further instructions.
