I'm just trying to set up the special annual price that was mentioned in an email from Arlo. I tried

I tried to click on the place it said to on the email but all it did was take me to the website. I have tried the chat function and looked for any way to contact Arlo but all I find is "the community".  All I have is two cameras and I like them but if this is how hard it is to communicate with this company when they start having problems I will be moving on. Why no billing info?
