I have the basic Secure plan but I'm charged 9.99 rather than $4.99. what are the extra charges.

I have 1 camera (my refurbished doorbell died). I have the basic Secure plan so I have storage for my video but no monitoring.

What are the additional charges that push it up to $9.99? I haven't found any explanation.

It turns out to be a problem in Arlo billing. They don't have an explanation yet but the agent agreed there is a problem.

Did you purchase the single-camera subscription?

It sounds like you might have purchased the multi-camera subscription?
