I can’t access my arlo subscription after updating my WiFi.

After updating my WiFi and having to delete and reinstall my floodlight camera I cannot access my Arlo subscription. My account now says I do not have a subscription.
How do I get it back without purchasing a new subscription??

Was this a trial subscription or paid?

It is paid. I have had it for a long time.

I finally found a way to contact support for my subscription in the app. However the link won’t work because the app says I have no subscription!  Ugh!!

How do I get this taken care of quickly??

Are you perhaps using a friend account?

 

I'm tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) so they can hopefully create a case for you.  Likely that won't happen over the weekend though.
