Help pairing camera

When I go to pair my cameras to my app the blue light flashes after connecting to wifi but then it flashes amber three times does this mean they’re flat? I’m confused and then the finding cameras doesn’t find my camera at all hellllp

Try charging the battery to see if that helps. You can also try setting the cameras up while connected to AC power to see if that works.
