Geofencing enabled notification after routines removed

I can't get geofencing to work (see my other post) so I have removed all routines. For some reason I still get "geofencing is enabled" notifications on my phone. Does anyone know how to fully remove #geofencing (not just block the notifications)?

Have you gone to Settings, Data Privacy, Account, Available Geofence Devices and removed the device?
