Friend Accepted invite set up account cant see cameras but receives movement notification from cam

Sent ivite to friend who set up account using link on a laptop   She can't see the cameras but does receive movement detection notifications   We deleted her account deleted her app sent her a new invite set up a new account still gets notifications but still cant see cameras  Both are using the same software version of Arlo I can see that she has accepted the invitation to join but when she logs into her account its asking her to set up new cameras   Why cant see access my cameras if she has used the invite link to create an account?

First, do both of you see the same user interface (UI) that shows Feed to view recordings? If you see Library, we need to fix that first. However, if both see Feed, then the granted access account needs to click on Home at the top of the screen and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets their own Home location so when you share the other person has to select your Home. It would be a good idea for you to rename your Home so it's obvious which one to select.
