Cameras not recording to library after software update and one camera downgraded to basic plan

has this happened to anyone else

This has also happened to me. I am not pleased at all. No explanations or compensation either.

Can you both confirm the camera model (seems unlikely to be the Essential 2)?  Go into support and select the camera.  Scroll down to the product id field, which will contain a part number.  You can post that part number here in a reply if you aren't sure exactly what camera you have.

 

Also

  1. Do you have a paid subscription?
  2. If you have the trial subscription, did you check that it didn't expire?

I have not received notifications or recordings since September 19,2023. Very disappointing!

Had to have Verisure engineer come out to ‘integrate’ camera;

asked him why camera had suddenly gone in to a basic plan and he had no idea!

All very odd.
