  • They promise replacement on cameras but arbitrarily deny. They say the device was broken, they never have seen the camera. It was not broken and I still have it. Have been working on this since mid February, all sorts of promises for call back from superisors and dead air. Nobody is home despite leaving a dozen messages and the main line same story and the mail box is full. At this point I will never buy or suggest anybody to buy these cameras. Camera is less than 9 months old and not abused. Find another company.

If the receipt looks like it is from Arlo, then I suggest sending an email to reportscam@arlo.com  Perhaps include a copy of the receipt in the email.  

 

If you have a subscription, you could also use phone support via the app.  Don't google a phone number.

 

One of the Arlo mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) might also follow up with you on this.
