Detection rate and other issues

Since my app has been upgraded, I can clearly see that the detection rate has gone down, with now even more events not being recorded (I sat there and observed that actually). Additionally, periodically, the motion detection icon becomes inactive (usually after an event, but it's up to the development team to exactly establish the circumstances), and then an event doesn't record.

This is in addition to my three pan and tilt not auto tracking with the latest firmware, and lots of other issues, reported or not on here, that need addressed, such as:

- log-in code not arriving when requested for the first time, unless the user prompts to have a new code sent

- when logging in, dashboard tiles always end up being displayed from the middle, not from the top (effectively, with tile number 3 being in the middle of the screen)

- duplicate or even triplicate of the same dashboard tile (already sent Shayne a recording)

- inconsistency with icons on the dashboard screen (a strange new icon for an Arlo 2 connected to a power socket)

- battery symbol missing for Arlo HD

- the new, or rather refreshed, user interface for Android always loads after a while

- some inconsistencies with live view when using a pan and tilt in different operational screens (with the 'joystick' and without etc)

- overexposed videos in full sun on all cameras (too high contrast?), and in certain live views/settings on pan and tilt

- counter not appearing with the number of recordings

I've been very patient, alongside other Arlo users, especially on this forum, with the development team and their lack of attention to detail, chaos, ineptitude, and eagerness to experiment on us users. I expect a much better standard for a product that I paid for.

Please provide the date by which these will be addressed. I'm certainly not prepared to sit here with a system that is half operational.
