Could we get an update on the addition of more configurable Modes in the new Arlo Secure App?

Hello, I haven't seen an update since March on the status of more configurable modes other than the three provided.  I have seen the posts that you have heard the feedback and are working on it, but haven't seen an update in some time.

It is very important to have unlimited configurable modes.  This has been a major setback when this was removed and we have been limited to just the Arm Away, Arm Home, and Standby.

Please expedite this.

Arlo’s reply has been the same since January. They have no intention of fixing this. They had the functionality and removed for what reason only they know, but it doesn’t take 7 months to restore something they had and removed. Hell they could simple revert the app to get instance customer satisfaction. They aren’t doing that which speaks volumes. I am returning my video doorbell which started my nightmare and will take some time to research a replacement system but I will replace the system as I do not want to support a company that doesn’t care about it’s customers.

@FinnMcCool I do understand the frustration of not having the custom modes back as of yet. However, this functionality will be available in the near future. It is a function that our development team is currently working on so they can get it back to our customers as soon as possible.
