Company Laptop network vs Phone hotspot network connection

When I log onto the Arlo Secure Dashboard to monitor a couple cameras thru our company network, i kicked out of the Arlo secure dashboard in 20 seconds.
When I use the same laptop and use my Phone hotspot and connect to Arlo secure dashboard to monitor the cameras I stay logged into the dashboard and work normally.
Is there anything I can pass along to our network administrator that Arlo Secure dashboard is needing to see to create a normal running session?

It may be easiest to sit down with him and demonstrate the issue. Perhaps he can monitor what's going on at that time to help discern the issue.
