I just subscribed to Arlo Plus protection plan, but I want to change my payment method. There is no Payment Method option in the app. I have been going around in circles and lets say I am not happy that I have no way to see my billing options. I have the latest app on my iPhone and iPad and it is not possible to to access this information on my Windows desktop.

You won't find it on the iPhone and iPad.
You should be seeing it on Windows though - are you logging into https://my.arlo.com ?
