Hello.
I cannot login to any device.
I have typed in the passwords and user name correctly, and it asks for second factor identification.
6 months ago, i changed email addresses, and this Arlo account was tied to the email address that i no longer have access to. I missed updating it at that time.
So i need help from your company reseting the email, so i can log in.
It looks like there is no avenue on the web site that will allow me to do this. Also there looks to be no way to actually talk to a real human being.
The ridiculous chat bot offered does not help at all.
Please help me get my account updated so i can use it again.
