Cannot login or reset password

I went to open my Arlo app this morning and couldn’t login, despite the fact I knew the password! I hit reset password at least 20 times and have never received a reset email. I go to start a new account, with the email used in my previous account, and it gives me a new account. But, all the while I’m receiving notifications, on my phone, of movement at the cameras, that are attached to my previous “secure account!” Any suggestions of what possibly is happeningf?

Have you tried logging in on a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com)?

 

Tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) as you are likely to need Arlo Support for this, but won't be able to contact them yourself w/o a subscription in the new account.
