Cannot commence free trial nor purchase a subscription plan

Hi, just purchased the hub with multiple Ultra 2's but the Arlo secure free trial has not activated nor am i able to purchase a subscription plan

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am.
When I go to the page that is native to my location and click "join now" to Arlo Secure, it takes me to the Arlo account login page. After logging in, I am taken to the "subscription" page where it indicates "no subscription". There are no other options on that page.

Have you tried this in a PC browser (my.arlo.com)?
