Cannot add or remove subscriptions from locations

Greetings,
I have an account with Arlo with multiple subscriptions and locations. Each location now cannot be edited for its subscription. I can no longer add or remove any services for the location. I have contacted support about this issue multiple times with no luck. I have tried 5 different browsers, 3 internet connections, and 3 separate devices. All with the same results, making this a backend issue. I would like this resolved or any solutions to have this resolved. This has been a major issue as we have over 15 locations and even more cameras that cannot be monitored properly due to this.
