I have camera systems at 2 homes. All devices are supposed to be shared with spouse but unable to add more cameras for them. When I try it gives a “Error. Operation failed” message.
For the last 3 years the shared account has also not been able to view videos or change any settings. Only arm and disarm. We replaced the hub and have new accounts and still nothing.
very frustrating

The simplest fix is to have your spouse use your account credentials. Arlo didn't allow that in the past, but that was changed long ago.
Do both accounts
- show "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu?
- show "Library" instead?
- one of each?
