One trick is to force-close the app, and then disable both mobile data and wifi.  Then relaunch the app.  It should fairly quickly give you a "no internet" error.  At that point turn on data again, and see if you can log in.

Hi @Rlj88

Thanks for your patience. The steps below should clear out the old login data on your iPhone so you can sign in fresh:

  1. Turn off iCloud Backup for the Arlo Secure app. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → iCloud and switch off backup for Arlo Secure.
  2. Turn off Face ID for the Arlo Secure app. Go to Settings → Face ID & Passcode → Other Apps and switch off Arlo Secure.
  3. Offload the Arlo Secure app. Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Arlo Secureand tap Offload App. This removes the app but keeps its icon on your home screen.
  4. Sign in to your Arlo account somewhere else, either on another phone or tablet or through the Arlo Web Portal at https://my.arlo.com.
  5. From there, go to Settings → Privacy Center → Account tab → Active Device Sessions.
  6. Find your iPhone in the list and tap Logout next to it.
  7. Back on your iPhone, tap the Arlo Secure icon. The app will reinstall itself.
  8. Log in with your email address and password.

If you still can't log in after this, let us know and we'll look into it further.

Thanks
