Cannot Find Arlo Secure Subscription

Hi there,

 

I would like to check my Arlo Secure Subscription and change the payment method.  However, the Subscription menu under Settings of my.arlo.com was not found after I have logged in with my account.  Previously I could access the subscription and change the plan.  Also, I have got a base station, 2 cameras and 2 doorbells, but they are missing under my Shared Devices menu.  May I have the advice to resolve the issues.  Thanks!!

It sounds like you are using a friend account, and not the primary account.  

 

You can only manage the subscription from the primary account.

Thanks for your response. You are right.  The friend account could not manage the subscription and I am aware of such access privilege. But, I am the primary account holder and pay the subscription every month. 

By the way, the subscription menu appeared on my account setting page one day later. I wonder it was the server side issue of Arlo.
