I didn't realise that Arlo would automatically renew my yearly subscription, but they did. Now, I can't even speak to a live agent to request a refund. I'm not happy with the Arlo product. I've had the camera for just over a year, and the battery can't even last a day, even on the best battery life setting. Stop hiding behind your chat bots and give me my money back so I can get decent cameras that don't require a subscription.

Since you have a subscription you can get phone support through the support center in the app.  Note it will be grayed out during hours when the call center is closed.

I believe you should be able to cancel your subscription by logging into your account.
