Just to clarify - you installed them to your account using the phone app.
What model hub do you have?
The VMB4540 smarthub supports direct access to local storage from the app (as does the VMB5000).
The VMB4000 and VMB4500 support recording only, and have no playback. While useful for backup, then only way to see the recordings is to eject the storage and move it to a PC.

Managing and paying for subscriptions can be easier on a laptop (my.arlo.com).
It's been a while since I needed to do that, and the plan details are different in Europe than they are in the US. But in the US, you can add/remove cameras to the multicamera plans after purchase. You can't do that with the single camera plans.

Hello everybody. I’m in the Netherlands and wanted to get a secure multi plan from my iPhone. I need to drag camera’s into the program to connect them, but somehow it does not allow me. I can’t see any camera’s. It wants me to drag them into the plan and then go for Payment. I can go for payment, but I guess no any camera’s will be in the plan than. Any solutions?
The subscription plans are for your cameras, not for phones running the app.
Are the cameras showing up in your account? (guessing that they are, but want to confirm).
Were the cameras installed to your account? Or were they shared from another account.?
If you have a PC, you could also try doing this from my.arlo.com.

I have the app on my iPhone and also installed them on this phone with te app. They are connected to a hub, so it also will safe on de usb stick.
It was all running fine with the free plan for I got new cameras. Now the free plan stops.
Perhaps the phone is the problem and it will work better with a laptop?
Or can I just take the plan and than put in the cameras later, after payment?

Correct, installed on this iPhone using the app on this same phone. It is only installed and working on this iPhone.
I installed the 4540 hub and was accessible in the app when using the free trial weeks.
I will try to get the plan using my laptop ones the kids are in bed. 😁

@StephenB : It worked fine from the laptop, so thank you for your help, we are back online 😆
Can it be that the hub can only be entered from the phone?

Are you asking about local storage? Or something else?
