Can't Log In Due to Old Email

Hello,

 

I can't log in and reset my password because I do not have access to the old email and for some reason when I try to do the two step verification with my phone it keeps telling me log in denied and it is the same phone.

 

If I can't access my old email, do I need to just set up a new account? I am still being charged for my current service plan but I can't get any assistance because when I try the chat, it requires an email address to send a PIN to and again, my old one tied to my service plan is inactive.

Have you also forgotten the password to your Arlo account? If you know the password, you can log in using the old email and password without needing access to the old email account. If you're prompted to authenticate you can choose a different method and select SMS rather than email.

Yes, as stated in the original post, I have tried to do the two step verification with my phone which is listed on my arlo account but it keeps giving me a log in denied.
