CVR just loads and does not play the video

Not my Wi-Fi, so what is the Issue?why My CVR just loads and does not play the video and if it does play it plays for a second and stops I really can’t take this junk machine anymore only reason I keep it is for the cvr but what good is it if I can’t see stuff, absolute waste of money, now instead of buying cheap junk I am going to have to spend thousands of dollars on a wired professional camera system.

look at my timeline no pauses but yet cvr does not work
