keep getting charged every month 2.99 when I unsubscribed months ago, I don’t even use the camera or the app. Don’t understand why I’m still getting charged an it doesn’t even give me an option to remove my card.

Are you sure this charge is coming from Arlo? If you've cancelled your Arlo account, I recommend contacting your bank investigating the issue with them.
