Being charged for a cancelled subscription.

I cancelled my subscription on May 20, 2023 and am still receiving charges. I can't talk to a live agent because I don't have a subscription. The chat bot actually tells me that I don't qualify to speak to an agent. I need a refund and to stop being charged for services not rendered and receive a refund for services that were not received.  I have screen shots that I can share with a live agent that shows no plan, but it seems impossible to get through to anyone.

Wow, that's quite some time.

Reports of users cancelling subscriptions but continuing to be charged are frequently mentioned on here. Yet, this seems to continue for some users.

You should contact your bank to report that and seek their help/advice how to get the money back, then your local Trading Standards office. Possibly other institutions to report this.
