Arlo secure app not letting me log in to see my arlo pro 3 cameras

I have my Arlo pro 3 for a while now and I used them briefly then stored them away.
Now I'm setting them back up and the mobile app doesn't let me log in on IOS and on android,
I'm only managing to log in through a computer but this is unacceptable!
I tried everything on the troubleshooting page including password reset, two factor authentication, force stopping the app, removing it and reinstalling. I even tried using a vpn and downloading old versions of the app but that didn't help either.
I'd really appreciate your help.
