Arlo pro cameras unable to sync now

I have 7x Arlo pro vmc4030 cameras 2 stopped working on my Base vmb4000 a few weeks ago so I have got a second base vmb4000 and I am trying to sync them to it and they aren’t working. Is that because they are now EoL? One blinks blue when plugged into the charger and the other blinks amber once or twice also only when plugged into the power I cannot get them to sync to my base I have reset everything

Is there a reason you thought getting a second base would fix the original problem with the cameras?

Are you syncing with "add device" in the app?

Or are you syncing using the buttons on the base and camera?

 

Did both cameras stop working at the same time?

I have tried both and nothing. 
Yes, both camera stopped working at the same time
