Arlo not honoring warranty

- Bought system with 3 cameras 6 months ago, one is working, the other 2 not anymore, just dead. It says one year warranty. Arlo sent me to Walmart and said they can’t find the serial number. Walmart sent me to Arlo and said it has to go over them and they are not honoring the warranty. WHO CAN I TALK TO AT Arlo about that ? I’m not getting anywhere

To make a warranty claim, log in to the Arlo Secure mobile app and open a ticket with support under Settings > Support.

You should be able to find the serial numbers on the cameras. If they have a removable battery, then open the housing and remove the battery - you will find a label inside.
