I just updated to IOS 17 on my iPhone and Arlo app says that the videos stored on my base station USB drive are not available. This is not the first time that this has happened and I resolved it previously by deleting the Arlo Secure app and installing it again. This time that solution doesn’t not work probably because the app has not been upgraded to work with IOS17.
Arlo, can you please fix the app once and for all so that this error does not come up every time the IOS software changes! It is very frustrating and you have known about this for some time now given the feedback I have seen on this forum.
