Arlo Subscription - Still Charging my CC after canceling

We sold our home in November, and I cancelled my Arlo account online. However, I'm still being charged for the service. Unfortunately, I'm unable to make contact with anyone from Arlo to get this resolved. Only a non-person option is offered with instructions on HOW to cancel. How do I get Arlo to stop charging my credit card?!! Anyone know of a contact email or phone number?

Log in to your account using the email address you originally used to set up your Arlo devices. From there, navigate to Settings > Subscription. If you have an active subscription, you should be able to see the plan and cancel from there.
If you would still like to contact Arlo support, you can do so from the support option within the Arlo mobile app under Settings > Support.
