What does it mean by unlimited cameras for 1 location? Is that referring to e911 location? If I had a second base station in my vacation home would the subscription notice it and block it from being setup?

With the old "Library" experience, you could set a base in the vacation home, and use a single subscription.
With the new "Feed" experience, there is an explicit set of locations in the app. My guess is that if you set up the vacation home as a second location, then you would need a second subscription. But you could potentially just set up both bases in one "location". Not sure if geofencing would work for the vacation home if you did that (and maybe there would be other side effects).
