Arlo Secure Subscription being charged but can’t access it

I’m being charged for Arlo secure monthly on my credit card, but I cannot access the program. Who do I get a hold of? How do I fix it?

Are you saying you cannot log into my.arlo.com?

 

Can you log into the app on your phone?

Mine is charging me as well and have no subscription. Can you help please?

I am also being charged a monthly subscription fee, can't access support because I don't have any active plans, memberships or devices, and yet the only way to remove this monthly fee is to contact customer service.

I have the same issue. I read that I should sign out of the app and then sign back in. Didn't work. Now I don't have any cameras showing either. I'm very frustrated.
