Arlo Secure Single Camera Annual plan cancelled, no phone support

Hi, 

I have subscribed to the 'Arlo Secure Single Camera Annual' plan on 5-Dec-2024. 

I got an email and a tax invoice for 45 eur, where my Visa card was charged. 


Despite all of this, I see continuously attempts to charge my card again (Revolut) and today I got an email, that my Account in cancelled!

 

Where do I go from here? I don't want to be charged again (either for a full year ahead or monthly) to have a phone support available. I paid my bill ON FRONT for a year and Arlo cancelled my subscription (not giving any refund, or a reasons why).
