Arlo Secure Feed is empty after installing 4.6.2 of the App

Greetings,
Iphone XR, IOS 16.5.1, 3 x Pro 4 cameras bought and installed 17/07/2023
All was working fine till latest Arlo Secure app 4.6.2 was installed.
Lost all notifications. This was fixed by a phone call to support.
Now I have lost all current and past Feeds. Can't call support back as it's too late.
Just says "An issue with the feed, try again"
Anybody else get this ?
Arlo system status page suggests no system side issues.

This issue appears to have been resolved - i guess by the techs at the Arlo end as I have done nothing at my end; I was eating my dinner 😊
I now have an active Feed again.
