cameras missing after granting access

I have been granted access to our cameras but they are not showing up as devices.

Partner has new 4.0 experience app but I’m still on the original app without dashboard/feed etc. Would this be why I cannot see them in devices?

    Yes. You must migrate your account to the new UI that uses Feed to view recordings. To do this, just choose to add a Pro 5 even though you don't have one. The first step is to do the migration after which you can just back out of the bogus install. You will then find a pull-down menu called Home - click on that and choose the bottom choice to see the shared cameras. Each user gets a default Home so you have to choose the other Home to see what was shared. I suggest renaming Home to make it obvious which is which.

     

    If you also have your own cameras, be aware that the migration can affect how you need to operate them. Start with this FAQ to see what's up:
