Hi, I tried to call Arlo customer service . I called a number but hung up. A man who sounded like he was from India called me back said he missed my call then tried to sell me a 250.00 cloud storage subscription for my Arlo wifi camera system. I told him it sounded like a scam and not to call me again. He then said "**bleep** off" and hung up. Wow. Watch out for this.

You need a subscription to get phone support. Always use the app, googling for phone number almost always leads to a scam support site.
