Hi, I've tried to log onto my arlo secure account from my new phone. It sends a request to my old phone - 'trusted device' but this does nothing to accept the approval on my new phone. I've tried logging into my account from my laptop but this too is no longer recognised as a trusted device.
I am in a loop of 'too many requests' or 'unknown error'
I have shut down everything (laptop, and both phones)
I have updated all software
I have cleared cache but can't solve the problem. Can you help please?
