App wont recognize my new phone and both verification options say Error has occured try again

I have tried updating phone and app.  Uninstall and reinstalled app. Changed password.  Push notifications must be going to old phone.  I tried using email verification numerous times and keep getting a message that says error has occurred try again.  This has been going on for hours over 3 days.  

Any thoughts?  Or am I getting a new security system.  It is clearly a app issue and the cameras are useless without it working.

Having the same issue. Also reset password, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled (with clear cache), rebooted phone, and I can't log in to the app...just keep getting an error when verifying with a pin that is sent to my email address
