My iPhone updated the app over that last month on its own and it appears to have a fatal glitch.
when I attempt to login, it states a two-step authentication code was sent (initially texts - until I reached a limit apparently). I do receive the code, but when I return to the app, it’s back at its initial login screen that initiates the whole two step authentication process AGAIN! Never is their a field to input the code sent.
I have deleted and re downloaded the app numerous times to no avail. The real peculiar thing is it’s working fine on my spouses newer generation iPhone.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Try clearing the app from your iOS device by navigating to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > select the Arlo Secure App > Delete App.
After the app has been completely removed, download a fresh installation from the app store and test to see if you experience the same behavior.

I followed the offloading instructions and deleted the app and reinstalled.
Same order of events occur. Login attempt sends a code while app screen goes back to home screen options of login or create an account. No place for code. Login attempt again, cycle repeats.

I’m having the exact same issue. Deleted and re-installed app which did nothing. Restarted my phone. Nothing. Updated my iPhone 14 to 16.3ios. Nothing. Of course there’s nobody to talk to at Arlo except a chat box that took hours of waiting. Really ready to throw away Arlo and move to something else. It’s garbage.
