If I go back more than a day or so, or try to use the calendar to pick a date, either the Feed timeline flies around and goes to a random day, or it just plays one of the last three videos in place of what's selected and captioned on the screen. Trying to get the calendar dialog box to respond is tricky by itself too. I don't have this issue with the iOS or web versions, but I need the Android version to work.

I also noticed since the new AI features have rolled out that recordings often cut off very early.

@Tinakeeks I got notification that this was fixed. It seems to be working better for me now. How about you?

I'm having the same issue.  Support was no help.

I tried this on both my Chromebook (which uses an Android 13 layer to run apps) as well as my Pixel 9 using Android 15 with no issues. I have the latest app (5.5.4) if that makes a difference.

WHile I suppose that's possible, I don't see how and I'm not seeing that myself. Are you using a timed recording or "record until activity stops"? The latter requires that the CAMERA can still detect motion, not your eye.

I've submitted logs to support, and hopefully they will reply at some point. It may become necessary to sideload an older version, though.

The app isn't in the loop on recordings - it is notified after the fact.  So sideloading a different version won't fix this issue.

@chuck21 and @Tinakeeks have you tried to reinstall the app?

@StephenB I know. I mean for not being able to view old recordings properly.

@BrookeN  yes. There's an older version on my tablet (I'm not sure why it didn't auto-update, but I turned off the auto-update for now). That version still works as it should. Otherwise I need to install BlueStacks or something and try the two versions side-by-side to confirm it's a bug with the update, but I'm a little busy to figure out how to do that.

Support did reply and tell me it's been escalated to their technical team.

I did install Bluestacks and an older version of Arlo (5.4.2) from an APK archive. The issue is not present there (although sometimes the date picker will not allow you to select anything). It is present running on Bluestacks with the latest update (5.6, released a day ago). I don't know which version introduced the bug.

Also, the "Stay logged in" toggle when signing into this site is non-functional.

Yes, uninstalled, reinstalled. Same issue.

Can you tell me what app formware you are on as well as the firmware version of the Android phone.

Weird, the site ate my reply from this morning.

I'm on the latest version of the app, 5.6.1 something (I looked it up before, it was released 3 days ago or so).

Running on Android 15

Thank you for providing that information. I have passed it onto our development team so they can investigate the behavior you are seeing. I will update the community as soon as possible.
