I see the fee for Secure is up to $13 a month. Is there any tax or hidden fee tacked on? Was thinking of adding 2 more to the 3 camera system i have now. Not as easy tracking down answers for subscription pricing when searching internet. Still found more than one arlo site showing unlimited cameras for $9.99 a month. 😠 I guess the mobile app is the most current? Not happy about the monthly fee. I bought the Arlo Pro 4.

Likely you are in the US, and looking at Arlo Secure.  If so, that subscription is multicamera, so only one subscription is needed if you only have one location set up in the app (each location needs it's own subscription).

There is also an annual option that nets out to $10.83 per month.  The downside of the annual option is that Arlo won't refund when you cancel (either monthly or annual), so you'll end up paying for the full year if you change your mind after a couple of months.

Any tax would be additional, and of course the amount will depend on your location.

Not sure what you mean by that, as there is only one Arlo website.

Arlo used to have the costs listed in their knowledge base, but now are only on https://www.arlo.com/en-us/arlosecure.html and in the app/my.arlo.com.

If you are still using legacy cameras (pro, pro 2, ...) with free 7-day cloud storage, then you could just get a single camera subscription for the Pro 4.

FWIW, Arlo stopped offering 7-day free cloud storage on new camera models 5 years ago.

Thank you StephenB! I appreciate all the info. As to the other part of my question, I was just doing Google searches where I was getting the information which was more than likely outdated info.

If you are using apple phone, there's a major problem hearing the notification tone, so you might want to wait until that's resolved. lots of posts on this site that recent 'solution' doesn't work. The alert tone was shortened and is too low volume to hear after an iOS update this fall.
