Account recovery info changed

My account was hacked and my recovery email was changed by the hacker. I cannot receive a email to reset my password. I paid for a subscription but the chat with customer service says im not eligible to get live help. I need help with this because I believe hacker is trying to delete videos for some reason.  Please help me

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
