Hello, I have tried to contact you in various ways to obtain receipts for my now-canceled subscription. I cannot find any receipts either in the app or on "my Arlo." Surely there must be another way to access my receipts other than upgrading to the "new Arlo Secure experience"? Furthermore, I cannot find the words to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the fact that the only way to get in touch with you is by writing on a support forum.
Who do I contact to gain access to my receipts?
