My device seems to keep going offline, giving me the message " Your Arlo device appears offline".
Is there a way I can check how much battery strength it has?  I have an internal battery, that is plugged into outlet power.

That connects using mobile data - and doesn't use your wifi.  Verizon is the service provider in your case.

There could still be a cellular dead spot there.  If you have a Verizon phone, you could check your mobile data at the same location as the camera.

That is not a device, it is an old subscription plan.

What device is going offline?  A camera?  A base? Either way, what model.

I think the issue is that wifi service is not good on that side of the house.  I took the camera inside the house and it worked fine, and then I could see the battery strength through the app

Often that is the case.
