I had a charge from Arlo Technologies Inc. by my debit card. But I never purchased/heard of the company. I want to have my refund and stop the transaction but I cannot call anyone because I’m not a customer.

I just had this happen on the 23rd and can't reach anyone either. Never been a customer. Never bought anything from them. Hadn't heard of them until today....

You should try to chat with them, after chatting with the bot they may let you contact an agent. Or message them on Facebook, or Instagram. Mine was pending and I locked the online payment so when Arlo checked the payment, they confirmed that it would be bound back to my card.

This also happened to me. I literally Googled the company today and this forum popped up. I have already contacted my bank and ordered a new card but they told me to reach out to you guys to get a refund for the unauthorized charges. I was charged twice for $42.79.

I have also had a debit transaction from Arlo Technologies, but this is a fraudulent charge! I have never heard of Arlo Technologies. Please someone contact me to cancel the payment. Your company clearly has a problem with this issue.

The card is compromised.  So you should immediately contact your bank, and ask for a new one.  Also, change the passwords on any account that have this payment method stored.

 

One of the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - will create a support request on your behalf.  But don't wait for that before you take the steps above.

I have reached out to support regarding the charges you received, support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible. However, I do suggest reaching out to your financial institution, as these charges are generally from a compromised card.

I was charged for a plan i don't have. I tried chatting and it just tells me to keep logging in and never lets me go to the chat.Is there a phone number to call

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
